MyMoodTracker 2.1 Released

I’m pleased to announce that MyMoodTracker v2.1 has been approved by Apple and should now be available in the AppStore. As always, this is a free update for existing users.

The major new features and changes are:
- Exercise tracking
- Menstrual cycle tracking
- New medication units (IU, mcg, mg, cc)
- Half sized tablets for medication
- Reminder system for medications
- Charting improvements
- Now easier to edit medications, moods, etc

We’re pretty proud of how far the app has come so far, and that’s all thanks to the great user feedback. Enjoy!


  1. Mood tracker question:
    Is there a way to track food as well within this app? I want to track my son’s diet in addition to sleep, meds, and mood.

  2. Hi Lisa, thanks for your interest. At the moment the answer is no, but this is planned for a future release. It probably won’t appear in the next couple of weeks, but it certainly will appear in time.

  3. Is it possible to edit previous entries? For instance, if you forgot to list a medication, can you go back the next day and add it in?

    • Hi Robin – sure, just tap on the button that has the Date & Time on it at the top of most screens. This will allow you to back-enter anything you like.
